Ms. Casey placed second in the Partners for the Arts Vocal Competition, winning the Vincent P. Walter, Jr. Memorial Award.

In addition to the award, Ms. Casey and the other two winners have been engaged by the Embassy of Bulgaria for an event in April of 2015.

Emily recently made her debut with Maryland Lyric Opera in the summer of 2014 as the cover role of Nedda in Leoncavallo's I Pagliacci. More information about MDLO can be found here.

 

Emily has been selected to compete in the semi-final round of the Partners for the Arts 2014 Vocal Awards Competition. The semi-final round will take place on October 25th, 2014.
